We recently had a Mitsubishi ductless A/C unit installed in our computer server room by Northern Climate HVAC. In order to keep our large media server room cool, the unit we spec’ed out and had installed was a larger commercial sized version of the smaller home sized units. It was a very quick, clean and extremely professional installation done in a very difficult building to work around. Our installer Matt worked with us through the whole design, install and startup process to insure that the proper unit was installed and performed as promised. He even periodically checked in with us to make sure we did not have any questions or issues with the system operation. These Mitsubishi Ductless units have gotten a few bad reviews from some customers due to supposed performance issues.
I feel most of these can be explained away by poor system layout and/or a bad installation. The unit we had designed and installed by Northern Climate has been working flawlessly for months through some of the most extreme summer heat conditions ever experienced in the Northeast region. I can’t say enough about Northern Climate HVAC.
